Order Cancellations

Before Dispatch:
- Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing them.
- To cancel an order, email us at Shellcase2025@gmail.com with your order details.
- A full refund will be processed for canceled orders.

After Dispatch:
- Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
- However, you may still initiate a return after receiving the product (see Return Policy below).
Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns:
- The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact.

Return Shipping:
- If the return is due to a defect or our error, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- For all other return reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.
