At ShellCase, we strive to offer high-quality, personalized products that meet your expectations. Please read our Printing Terms & Cancellation Policy carefully before placing an order.

Printing Terms

1. Custom Printing Accuracy:

   • The final print quality depends on the resolution and quality of the image provided by the customer.
   • We recommend uploading high-resolution images (300 DPI or higher) for the best results.
   • Slight variations in color, alignment, and texture may occur due to the nature of the printing process.

2. Customer Responsibility:

   • The customer is responsible for verifying the design, image, and text uploaded before placing the order.
   • ShellCase is not liable for errors such as spelling mistakes, incorrect image uploads, or low-resolution files provided by the customer.

3. Design Approval:

   • If requested, we may provide a preview of the design for approval. Delays in approval may affect order processing time.

Order Cancellations

1. Before Printing:

   • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement by emailing us at Shellcase2025@gmail.com.
   • A full refund will be processed for cancellations made within this timeframe.

2. After Printing Has Begun:

   • Once the printing process has started, cancellations will not be accepted.
   • Custom products are made specifically for you and cannot be resold or reused, making them non-refundable.

Returns & Refunds for Printed Products

1. Eligibility for Returns:

   • Returns or refunds will only be accepted in cases of:
     • Defective or damaged products.
     • Printing errors caused by ShellCase.
     • Incorrect product delivery.

2. Non-Eligibility for Returns:

   • Returns or refunds are not allowed for:
     • Errors in design, image, or text provided by the customer.
     • Slight color or alignment variations due to the printing process.
     • Products damaged due to misuse.

3. Refund Processing:

   • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and verify the product.

Important Notes

• Custom products are unique to each customer and cannot be modified or exchanged once printed.
• Ensure that all design files meet the required specifications before submitting your order.
