Returns Policy

At ShellCase, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your product, we are here to assist you.

Returns
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Items that are damaged, worn, or altered after delivery will not be eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items are exempt from being returned:

Customized or personalized items.
Gift cards.
Items purchased during sale or clearance periods.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at Shellcase2025@gmail.com with your order details and images of the damaged product.

Shipping for Returns
You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
For your convenience, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within the specified timeframe:

Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
